Your Brain Matters is Dementia Australia's evidence-based program on what you can do to live a brain healthy life to help reduce the risk of developing dementia. Being brain healthy is important at any age. So it's never too early or late to take up the '5 Simple Steps' to maximise your brain health.

Attendees Will:

  • Understand the importance of being brain healthy based on published research evidence
  • Learn '5 Simple Steps' to maximise brain health
  • Understand how leading a brain healthy life can reduce the risk of dementia and other chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and cancer

Duration: 30mins to 1 hour (Varies depending on requirements)
