The Living Well with Dementia Conference was held in Sydney in August 2016.
It brought leading experts together to provide strategies that can lead to better health and wellbeing for people with dementia and their carers. The conference also provided a forum for professionals to learn about incorporating practices that support people with dementia, their families and carers to live well.
