Located in Parkville, Victoria, the Marketing Campaign Lead will lead and manage the planning, development, implementation, reporting and evaluation of major national campaigns. The incumbent will take ownership for identifying key customer insights, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, developing tailored customer journeys and leading the development of an always on, integrated and responsive approach for Dementia Australia’s major campaigns.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Working with key stakeholders to translate business objectives and insights into campaign strategies, propose campaign structures and deliver marketing communications to maximise performance
  • Overseeing the development and delivery of major campaign assets such as photography, web, video, social media, activations and events across all communications channels
  • Contributing to developing and delivering a customer communication framework to ensure an exceptional customer experience, throughout the customer journey

To be successful in this role you will be a team player, show an absolute commitment to the delivery of high quality dementia services and support and meet the key selection criteria outlined below.

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. Experience and proactivity as an insights driven marketer that has proven abilities in developing and executing end to end marketing campaigns, across a range of channels
  2. Strong project delivery, organisational and time management skills and a high attention to detail
  3. Proven performance in managing persona creation, customer journey mapping and delivering engaging, purpose driven campaigns and digital experiences
  4. Experience in managing third party/agency relationships including marketing creative and research agencies

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing and/or business at a tertiary level and five or more years’ experience in similar role
