We also want to give a massive shout out to Angus O'Loughlin from Hit 107 for his efforts as our MC, Jane Doyle, presenter from the Channel 7 News, for presenting all our prizes and Nadia Boffa from The Fitness Temple for warming up all our runners and walkers! We are so grateful to have had all of these amazing presenters and performers attend and support people in SA living with dementia.
A huge thank you to Channel 7, Hit 107, FIVEaa, Kwik Kopy Norwood and the City of Holdfast Bay for sponsoring and assisting this event.
Lastly we would like to acknowledge all our volunteers and staff who worked on making this fundraiser what it was. If it wasn't for their hard work and dedication this event wouldn't have been possible.
We are so appreciative to have such amazing support and it because of all of you we were able to raise over $105,000 with over 1300 people registered! All funds raised increase our ability to provide the vital support services and care for people living with dementia, their families and carers.
See you all next year for an even bigger Memory Walk and Jog!
