- To ensure the wishes of your client are clear, Dementia Australia has composed the below statement which we suggest as wording for a gift in Will.
- By leaving a gift in Will to Dementia Australia, their legacy could make a profound and lasting difference to support services, care, education and research.
"I bequeath to Dementia Australia ABN: 79 625 582 771 of PO Box 6042, North Ryde NSW 2113 for general purposes the sum of $............ (or portion of or residue of estate or description of property) and I declare that the receipt of the treasurer or other proper officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my Trustee."
NB. This statement is general and can be added to or amended to incorporate specifics, should your client so wish.
