Overview: 

Jenny Murfield, a PhD student at Griffith University, is currently undertaking a research project to develop a self-compassion based intervention to better support the emotional health needs of people caring for family members/friends/neighbours aged 65+ years.

As part of this, Jenny is conducting interviews to explore perceptions of self-compassion, and find out what you think might facilitate or prevent uptake of a self-compassion intervention for people caring for a family member, friend, or neighbour.
