This project aims to explore patients’ experiences of having two or more chronic health conditions and better understand how carers are involved in supporting these patients.
We are currently recruiting patients and carers of people with multiple chronic health conditions to complete a short survey and a one-on-one phone interview, which should take no more than 1 hour to complete.
We hope this research will to lead to the development of tailored support and empowerment resources for carers as well as training for clinicians who interact with carers of people with multiple health conditions.
