This program offers information and support for family members and carers who are supporting someone in the later stages of dementia, or want to prepare for that time.

This program runs over 5 sessions every Wednesday, to complete this program, you must attend all the 5 sessions:

  • Wednesday, 17 September 2025, from 10:00am to 12:30pm
  • Wednesday, 24 September 2025, from 10:00am to 12:30pm
  • Wednesday, 01 October 2025, from 10:00am to 12:30pm
  • Wednesday, 08 October 2025, from 10:00am to 12:30pm
  • Wednesday, 15 October 2025, from 10:00am to 12:30pm
