In recognition of Dementia Action Week 2025, you’re invited to a free Dementia Awareness Community Seminar at Manningham Uniting Church and Community Centre.

This session will provide valuable insights and resources for people living with dementia, their carers, and the broader community. Together, we’ll foster greater understanding and support meaningful social connections.
