Dementia Information Session and Afternoon Tea

Join Merri-bek Council and Holstep Health for a free community information session about dementia. Come along to learn:
- What dementia is and how it can affect behaviour
- Practical tips for communicating with people living with dementia
- What to do if you're concerned about someone

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and hear about support services available. This session will finish with afternoon tea
