Dementia Week in Southern

Southern NSW Health invites you to join us for a special event during Dementia Action Week 2025, dedicated to raising awareness, fostering connection, and supporting people impacted by dementia in our region.

This year’s national theme – “Nobody can do it alone” – highlights the importance of community support in helping people living with dementia, their families, and carers live well. Through education, understanding, and action, we can all help make Southern NSW a more dementia-inclusive place to live.
