The secret to healthy ageing is a healthy brain. During this session, Professor Cassandra Szoeke will:

- Demonstrate how a focus on brain health and lifestyle choices can help protect the brain from further decline
- Discuss the impact of caregiving on brain health – learn all about the U shape curve
- Provide strategies to improve brain and mental health
- Share tips on how to support our family, friends and community
Professor Cassandra Szoeke is a general physician, consultant neurologist and multi-award-winning clinical researcher who is Director of the Healthy Ageing Program at the University of Melbourne and author of the book Secrets of Women’s Healthy Ageing (she knows her stuff). She is also the Principle investigator of the AgeHappy Healthy Ageing Project.
