Memory Lane Cafe Dementia Support Group

The Memory Lane Cafe will be meeting during Dementia Action Week, we will be visiting the town of Port Vincent on the Southern Yorke Peninsula.

We welcome all comers to join us as we create a warm, relaxed and informal space to learn about dementia, obtain support and resources, and chat with others on the dementia journey.
