Enjoy a short film about the Mind the Change Story Time project , morning tea and a chance to explore the creative work on display in Rockingham Library during Dementia Action Week. You can also collect free resources to guide people through creative activities ideal for people living with dementia to enjoy with anyone who cares for them. 

This is also chance for any interested community members to learn more about the power of a dementia-friendly community and how to be a Dementia Friend.
