As a group of interested Community members have formed to work towards Proston being a Dementia Friendly Community.
Proston is a small rural community in the South Burnett region. At present we have a significant number of community members living with dementia at home and our group as formed to support their families and carers to be able to keep their loved ones at home for as long as is possible.
