Inspire! dementia-friendly choir

The choir rehearses at Varsity Lakes Community Resource Centre from 1:30 - 3:00pm on the 1^st and 3^rd Thursdays of the month during school terms.

We sing a variety of songs with a choir leader and accompanists. About 1/3 of members are living with dementia, 1/3 are care partners or support workers, 1/3 are community volunteers. No experience is needed.

Cost is $5 donation for afternoon tea. Singing together creates joy, connects hearts and lifts spirits, evoking memories and enhancing physical, cognitive and emotional wellbeing.
