Brisbane Greeters
This is a relaxed stroll around the city centre or one of the suburbs where we offer guided walks.
During the walk, we will take frequent rest stops and give you time to enjoy the sights and sounds around you. You will have the opportunity to reflect and engage in conversation at an unhurried pace.
This dementia friendly tour is designed primarily for people living with early to mid-stage dementia and their care partner. We recognise that everyone experiences dementia differently and are happy to discuss individual access needs.
Participants will need to be able to move independently or with the assistance of your companion or care partner. Greeters are unable to provide mobility assistance.
There will be a maximum of 6 people on this walk, including care partners.
