Our purpose is to provide a safe, accessible space for seniors in our community to gather, socialise, share friendships through common bonds and learn from each other.
Our space is dementia-friendly and welcomes all seniors, their families and carers.
Join us every Thursday at the Glenorchy library 10am – 1pm.
Enjoy socialising with friends (old and new), engage in meaningful conversations on items of interest, enjoy games, craft and other engaging activities and explore the library resources on hand.
The Friendship Hub is free to attend thanks to the support of Glenorchy City Council, Libraries Tasmania, the community and a dedicated team of volunteers
