Dementia Advocate Bill Yeates and ACT State Manager, Client Services Annie Dallimer sat down with journalist Philippa McDonald to discuss the subject of Enduring Powers of Attorney and what it means for someone with dementia or mild cognitive impairment.

Bill spoke about what capacity means to someone living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment, and how people managed financial decisions.
