Like any muscle, the brain needs to be stimulated to stay strong. During Brain Awareness Week, Dementia Australia has launched a new initiative to help Australians to make simple lifestyle changes and become brain healthy.

The Eat.Play.Rest campaign, developed by Dementia Australia, will show that maintaining and improving brain health can be fun and fulfilling at any age.

Through a series of fun tips and advice, the campaign will aim to equip and empower people to eat well, play often and rest regularly.

Eat.Play.Rest will partner with Australian sports stars, chefs and thought leaders to share their personal tips and tricks for how they eat, play and rest to boost their brain health, while people are also encouraged to share their own journey online.
