Families often wrestle with the decision to move a person living with dementia into an aged care home. The decision can be highly charged and emotional, involving feelings of loss, sadness and guilt. Developing a good relationship between the family and the aged care provider is not an easy matter, but this book helps outline ways in which homes can support families to become partners in the caring process.

For the March Dementia Australia Library Pick of the Month, our librarians have chosen this resource to support people living with dementia, and care givers.

The book is available online in our extensive e-collection here: https://dementia-e-library.overdrive.com/media/2676362
