Businesses across the Adelaide Hills are involved in a project to find ways to become more dementia-friendly. Led by the Adelaide Hills Council, a project team is exploring how to foster and promote tourism, social and retail destinations that are dementia-friendly. This video, filmed at the beginning of the process, details the challenges people living with dementia face, and explores their hopes and vision for a more inclusive future.

Dementia Australia would like to thank everyone who participated in the filming of this video. Dementia Australia plans to visit the project in mid-2019 for an update on progress. This project was a recipient of a Dementia Australia Dementia Friendly Community Community Engagement Program Grant.
