Strengthening Queensland Advocate Connections
An online catch up was held in March to welcome a few new Advocates who had joined the Dementia Advocates Program.
This was an opportunity for Advocates across Queensland to meet each other Advocates and discuss ideas for strengthening connections.
They also explored ways to expand the advocacy network across Queensland.
The enthusiastic group were keen to share contact details to keep in touch with each other and to spread the word about the Dementia Advocates Program through their own community groups and networks.
