The CogCoach Brain program will be a digitally delivered (online), evidence-based intervention aimed at preventing cognitive decline in older adults at risk of dementia.

The program will include information about ways to improve brain health and reduce the risk of developing dementia as well as online meetings and support with health professionals to support this.

This study wants to find out what makes the program easy or hard for people to use, so that we can design the program to be as helpful as possible. To do this, we are inviting Australian adults aged 60 and over who have memory concerns and who live in rural or regional areas AND/OR come from educationally diverse backgrounds (people with differing levels of formal education completed) to participate in an online group video call and share their opinions on the CogCoach Brain program.

The information gathered will help the research team understand what might help or make it harder to use the program and will be used to help develop a plan to implement the program across Australia.

This study has been approved by the University of Melbourne Human Research Ethics Committee (study ID 33725)
