Development and testing of novel co-designed medication management resources across care settings

University of Sydney

People living with dementia have the right to be involved in decisions about their medicines.

We have created a user-friendly information booklet to help support and empower people with dementia to safely manage their medications and are looking for participants to try out this booklet.

Your feedback will help us understand how easy it is to find, read, and understand the information included in the resource
