The ENGAGE Project: Educational Workshops on the Use of Digital Tools

We are part of the ENGAGE project team at Monash University, exploring ways to improve medication management for older adults (65+) and their families during transitions of care. 

The current stage involves attending a 90-minute workshop, during which participants will complete two surveys, receive education on using digital tools to assist with medication management, and take part in an interview. 

This study has been approved by the Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee (project ID: 48512)

Participation

Older adults (65+) and family members, with recent hospital experiences may be eligible to participate in the workshops.

Workshop details:

  • Dates: Wednesdays and Thursdays in May. 
  • Time commitment: One 90 minute workshop.
  • Format: Workshops conducted via zoom.
  • Tasks: Education, surveys, and an interview.
  • Reimbursement: $50 Coles/Myer voucher.
