Seeing Clearly, Ageing Well: National Eye Health Survey

Your vision matters — for life, health, and independence. 

The Seeing Clearly, Ageing Well survey invites Australians aged 18 and over to share their experiences and opinions on eye care. 

Whether you’ve visited an optometrist recently or not at all, your voice helps us understand barriers, trust, and confidence in the eye-care system. 

Participation in this research involves taking part in an online questionnaire lasting approximately 15 minutes. 

The online questionnaire is available via an online link and contains three sections: 

1. Information about the research project and consent 
2. General information about yourself 
3. Questions: close-ended and open-ended questions-total number=14.
