To find out more about the services available to you from Dementia Australia or to make a referral, please select one of the options below. A Dementia Australia staff member will then be in contact to discuss appropriate services and supports.

If you have a general enquiry about any of our products or services, send us a message and we will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Callback from the National Dementia Helpline

The National Dementia Helpline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. National Dementia Helpline will attempt to call within a few days, however enquirers are able to call the National Dementia Helpline directly for support and do not need to wait for their callback.

If you have dementia or are concerned about someone who has dementia you can submit a referral to our team.
