Dementia Support Specialist (SA)

Located in Glenside, SA the Dementia Support Specialist will provide short-term interventions at key stages of dementia to enhance wellbeing including the delivery of psycho-educational and psycho-social interventions as required to meet individual goals, enhance their wellbeing and maintain quality of life of the person living with dementia, their carers and families. The Dementia Support Specialist will also provide individual and group information and education sessions to people living with dementia, those with cognitive concerns, their families and carers through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and the National Dementia Support Program.

Facilitator, Centre for Dementia Learning (WA)

Younger Onset Dementia Support Coordinator (NSW)

Located in Blacktown, NSW the Younger Onset Dementia (YOD) Support Coordinator will provide dementia specialist support to assist people living with younger onset dementia, aged under 65 years, to access and interface with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) This support will be predominately provided via Coordination of Support (CoS) services, to assist people to implement their NDIS plans, meet identified goals and connect with services and supports that best meet their needs.

Located at one of our major cities nationally, the Policy Officer will provide support to the National Policy and Strategy Advisor and Advocacy and Research Team. This position will actively assist the team in submissions, policy papers, reports, presentations, meetings and speeches. The Policy Officer has a key role in researching and reporting on policy development, project initiatives and potential partnerships.

Located in North Ryde, NSW and working with a team of staff who are providing specialist dementia support, education, counselling, coordination of support and day respite to people living with dementia and their families, the Team Leader, Client Services is responsible for providing leadership, support and mentoring to these Client Services staff. The Team Leader, Client Services will manage all day to day operations of the team with a focus on providing a high level of client service and satisfaction and also take responsibility for ensuring the goals and objectives of services and programs are met.

Business Services Administrator (VIC)

Located in Parkville, VIC, the Business Services Administrator will be responsible for providing the smooth day to day running of the office, being the contact person for the coordination of local site maintenance, safety, events and general administration and reception duties, including providing support to the Facilities Management team.
