Future Planning: Beyond Diagnosis

This program provides guidance for people living with dementia, their family members and family carers to plan for the future, once they have come to terms with a diagnosis of dementia and understand the symptoms and impacts of dementia.

This program runs over 5 sessions. To complete this program, you must attend all these five sessions:

• Tuesday, 25 August 2026, 1pm to 3.30 pm
• Tuesday, 1 September 2026, 1pm to 3.30 pm
• Tuesday, 8 September 2026, 1pm to 3.30 pm
• Tuesday, 15 September 2026, 1pm to 3.30 pm
• Tuesday, 22 September 2026, 1pm to 3.30 pm
