Equal Grounds Café
Equal Grounds is an initiative by Workforce Plus, a not-for-profit incorporated association and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) dedicated to providing innovative pathways into sustainable employment through training, education, and employment support and services. Our mission is to empower individuals by offering a range of programs, including Transition to Work (TTW), Learn Local (LL), Career Transition Assistance (CTA), Employability Skills Training (EST), and accredited/non-accredited courses. As a NDIS provider, we are committed to creating opportunities for people with disability to gain meaningful employment and actively contribute to society.
