The launch of Dementia Australia’s new podcast, Hold the Moment, at the Sydney Opera House on 20 August has received significant media attention across radio, online and print. Below is just some of the coverage the podcast has received:
- Dementia Advocate Jim Rogers and Dementia Australia Ambassador Hamish Macdonald were interviewed on ABC Radio Sydney (the interview was also published on ABC Online) and appeared on Nine Network's Today Extra.
- Jim was also interviewed by The Australian, on ABC Radio Illawarra and by Dementia Australia Ambassador Mark Gibson on ABC Radio Perth.
- Dementia Advocate Heather Cooper was interviewed on ABC Radio National Life Matters (this was also published on ABC Online).
- Heather was interviewed on ABC Radio Melbourne and Sky News AM Agenda.
- Dementia Advocate Pam Eade was interviewed on ABC Statewide Victoria radio.
Dementia Advocate Joan Griffiths featured in a story by The Courier (Narrabri Shire) about a local Dementia Awareness Tree.
Dementia Advocate Bruce McDermaid was mentioned on 2DU Dubbo radio about an expo being held next month by Dubbo Dementia Alliance.
