From the very first season, people living with dementia and their loved ones have helped shape the podcast. You hear the conversations that matter, straight from people with living experience. Each season also features a range of leading experts who offer practical insight and guidance.

Meet the hosts
Hold the Moment is co-hosted by Jim Rogers and Hamish Macdonald.
Jim Rogers is a Dementia Advocate who lives with young onset Alzheimer's, and his real-time living experience brings compassion to every conversation.
Hamish Macdonald is a renowned broadcaster whose father lived with Lewy body dementia and Parkinson's, a personal experience that shapes his deep understanding and care for every guest.
Together, they create a warm space for stories that aren't always easy to tell.
